Weird eq setting. Am I the only one who does this?

I set my amp's EQ flat, and lately I've been cutting the lows & boosting the mids on my SR's EQ. Seems to work well for me.

Onboard, para switch, I use 80% on lows, 30-40% on mids with 50% High freq. Play with both an Eden head and cab and sometimes with an Ampg head + GK cab > POD occassionally. Heads set flat. NO, it does not rumble the stage! It has def plus feel. Play with dead roundwnds. New strings >back off the high and mid.
