Well, I finally ordered my first EB/MM

Greetings all,

Yes, I ordered my dream guitar. After trying an Axis and a Petrucci, I decided on the Petrucci. Not that the Axis isn't nice, the Petrucci just seemed soooooo comfortable to me. Never did get a chance to play a Luke or Silhouette.

Here's the specs:

6 string
Piezos
Limited Edition Radiance Red (I figured for my first, why not something special).

I'm so excited! ETA is sometime in mid-May. I'll be sure to post pics when I get it. Maybe then tvanveen will get the answer to his "The New Red" post.

Thanks again to all those who answered my previous questions. Who knows, maybe someday I'll be a multi-Baller like some of you out there.

So, any advice from any Petrucci owners?

Nope, I have no connections with Mr. Ball. That's just what I was told by the nice folks @ bass central. I hope it is true. Maybe that has something to do with the limited edition?

I bet you're getting it quickly because they're doing up a bunch of the Limited Finish ones now... it's good timing for you!! I should have my Petrucci in hand in about a month, and I'm gettin' antsy! Once I have mine in hand, I'll be sure to rub it in!

yeah mines supposed to be coming by the end of this month. I'm crossing my fingers it comes sooner though. i recently got my refund check from college and its exactly the amount of the guitar!!! haha... the Petrucci homecoming party... your all invited
