But as it turned out ... just when I was about to, Brandt/TPB got one in matching my would-be order specs! So ... no order necessary, no line, no waiting ... Sterling Silver Bongo 4H on the way!

Customer Service Coolness: The one he got in didn't match my order exactly - it's got a black pg, and I want black pearl, which Brandt has on order. So it'll ship with black, and Brandt'll send me the black pearl pg when it comes in. Net result: extra black pg at no charge to yours truly.
