That version of the Albert Lee is one of the coolest guitars on the planet. I wish I had picked one up as well. My wife didn't feel the same way, though!

Congratulations!

Rob, thats nice man. Good snag on that. I love the black with the gold hardware combo.

At first, I wasn't so interested in the 2006LE, but the guitar that turned it around for me was the AL. I tried the 2006LE AL in Dallas. When I saw it for real, I thought it looked great. Then, I tried the guitar. That's what sold me on the rosewood AL. I just didn't have the ducats at the time. The Dargie's rolled around, and it was the same thing.

You know, I think the AL and the JP6 BFR were the coolest 2006LE models. :D

Yep nice one! I think it was tonemeisters?

It was indeed.

It just goes to show the magic of the mighty AL, you cant have just one!

It's funny. I haven't even really had much chance to play the one I bought new. I'm probably going to have to get the BFR AL too.

Nice Score.

Love Rosewood on the ALs.

Yup. Just had to have one. I hope that another rosewood AL gets made when we get another LE in the future.

Sweet score dude! I guess you've taken the line "Sometimes you just gotta say WTF" to heart.

Thanks for the e-mail letting me know it was for sale again. :D

I agree! Plus, they're so rare. I just had to jump on it.

No, its the tonemeisters! I can tell ya cuz I`m looking at the monitor thru tear stained eye!!!!.....I had decided to pull the auction the morning I got the notification that rob had bought it! AAAAAAAAUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH!:(

But a deal is a deal. We hit a snag from my end on one small aspect of the condition of the guitar (something I noticed when I went to pack up the beauty), but Rob is a real gentleman and a very understanding soul and am proud to say we worked it out and the guitar will VERY SOON be on its way to him. A public thanks for your patience, Rob!
Congrats to you from me as well, Rob. I KNOW you are gonna be real happy.....CIAO`!!!

P.S. Dang! Now Im gonna have to change my avatar !!!!
