What 5 way in the Axis SS??

I wired up a Silo Sp pickguard with HH pickups and Axis SS wiring...problem was it was so long ago, I don't remember where I got the special 5-way switch. Do anyone have a source for one? I wanna make another pickguard with 2 more HB pickups...

Stewmac has the "megaswitch" that'll do what you need:

oh i have one of these, although it doesn't look the sam. i can wire from a diagram (this is how i did the first one), although i don't know electrically exactly how these 2 different looking switches 'line up'...the one i used in the current pickguard is just like on the diagram of the Axis SS...although the megaswitch has the same number of poles, they seem to line up differently..
