Ok so it's been a real adventure this week, my tiny little village almost got wiped off the planet by flooding worst in 200 years!

Everything I've worked for for the last 9 years was almost washed away.

and my house which is near a (What used be a little) river almost went with all my guitars!

Then the courier bringing me my AL charged me an extra $240!!!!!!!
It couldn't get any worse!

But then.............................

THIS ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!

I really wanted to hate this guitar, because due to the extra costs, it was a bit more than i was hoping to pay and I was just going to sell it on but credit where credit's due this is a serious machine, it's so easy to play... and i haven't even plugged it in yet!!!

I'm totally blown away and I'm re-thinking my guitar collection, I have been a solid strat player since 1991 and I cannot see any reason to keep my strats anymore, I never thought one guitar could change my entire perception of collecting guitars.

Totally speechless.... I'll post a video once the sandbags have come down and I've assesed all the storm damage.

BP & all EBMM you guys keep impressing me, and if you ask anyone who works for me that's near impossible, keep up the good work.

Smellybum and AL.

Geez Smelly I had no idea there was flooding up that way! Never mind it being THAT BAD!

Glad you and yours are ok though - that AL is gorgeous! :)

I think the part where the blue paint seems to be missing is just photo glare. The guitar looks amazing the next one is definetly at Albert Lee but MM-90s or singles decisions decisions...

Thanks alot guys, the water has dropped now, and everything (apart from some decking, walls and carpets are fine,
although I'm in the bad books with mrs Smellybum 'cause I'm sittin' on my ass playin' my AL instead of fixing it all!

Nice to be part of the exclusive club.... video coming very soon. (just dubbing lucious over my playing!)
