This amp is in your budget, and it is thick with great tone. Nothing but the best components, and the guy will give you different options on tube or high quality solid state rectifiers, cold cathode plexi backlight color, and what-not.

I can personally vouch for the versitility and tone of this amp.

Dont know, man. None in stock, but more on the way.

Check your local Guitar Centers if you haven't already. They're never listed as in stock in stores through the website, and half the time you call the employees will tell you only one store in the district carries Mesa, which is not true. I got mine brand new from a GC, surprisingly. Still in the box!

Zinky amps are built like tanks and have tone beyond any I have played in my 30+ year career. They are quite the industry secret. Another option for your criteria would be Soldano. However, the Zinky's are in a little better price range vs. the Bogners, Soldano's etc.....also.
