Just wondering what everyone here plays through.
I personally play through a ton of different amps that I've aquired over the years, but my main rig is still a rack.
Other than my rack I use:
Custom Audio/Suhr OD 100SE w/ matching 4x12 loaded w/ Mesa MC90's
Custom Audio/Suhr OD 50 w/ matching 4x12 loaded w/ Mesa MC90's
VHT Ultralead w/ EQ Matching 4x12
VHT CLX w/ EQ Matching 4x12
VHT CLX w/EQ 2x12 combo
VHT Classic w/ EQ 2x12 combo
VHT Super 30 w/ matching 1x12
Mesa Boogie Mark 4 shortie w/ 4x12 MC90's/EVM's
Mesa Boogie Mark 3(Red stripe) w/ 4x12 MC90's/EVM's
Mesa Boogie Mark 3 custom 1x12 combo, Flame maple wicker(blue stripe)
Mesa Boogie Studio 22 w/ 2x12 loaded w/ EVM's
THD Flexi 50 w 2x12 and hotplate
Groove Tubes Soul O 45 1x12 w/ matching 1x12
Marshall JCM 800 2210 w/ 1960B
Fender 75 head w/ Mesa 4x12 (MC90/EV)
And yes...A Crate V1512 combo :D
A few other rack setups. Mainly VHT based, and another with VHT and Engl E570.

Here's a quick shot of my main rack...too much to list...

 I had a Marshall, but just could not get the tones I was after. So, I bought a Line 6 Vetta II and it is worth every penny. I also use a POD and get everything I want and then some. It works for me and that is all that matters.

I use a 5150 head through a Carvin Legacy 4x12. That's an awesome combination right there... connected with a MONSTER CABLE of course..it makes all the difference.

I'm mainly using a Peavey Triple XXX head into a Behringer BG412S cabinet.

For some gigs I run a Digitech RP-2000 into a Peavey Classic 120/120 power amp into the same cabinet.

(edit: I keep the above at my drummer's house)

At home I have a 1960's Fender Vibrolux Reverb and a Peavey Audition Chorus.

Oh, and somewhere in the closet is a Rockman Soloist, but I'm not using it.

i'm running a line 6 at the moment and will be looking to upgrade to a stack of some sort. I really want to get a FULL TUBE tone. I really don't care for the imulated stuff that Line 6 has to offer... but I got a good price on my amp so.. that's what i bought!

Line 6 Pod XT Pro (and XT) thru a Carvin TS-100 into a Pair of CAA 1x12's loaded with Eminence Tonkers (will replace them with Governors at Suhr's recommendation). Here's the chain prior to: Guitar (mostly EBMMs) -> Axess Electronics BS-2 Buffer -> Boss NS-2 -> Digitech Whammy IV -> Boss TU-2 -> Rack...(might add a EVH Phase 90 and a Tap Trem out front too)...for wah's I just programmed the global wah in the Pod....it sounds pretty good to my ears...

Steve, I love the VHT stuff, there is actually a UL w/EQ at the commack guitar center right now, used of course and I played through it, it sounds fantastic, thickest amp ever, tight as hell also, a VHT will be my next head, but until I can afford it I am using a XXX going though a marshall cab with v30's, it gets the job done, not as nice as the VHT stuff - my main guitar is a silo special with a duncan distortion in the bridge and I have two axis, one with a hardtail and a maple neck and the other is a super sport with a rosewood board, I have tons of EQ,s and OD and EFX pedals as well, BTW Steve, where is the best spot on LI to check out a VHT and to buy?

I'm running a simple little girlie rack. Six spaces:

Carvin AC 120 Power Conditioner
Dunlop DCR 2 Rack Wah
Mesa Triaxis
TC Electronic G Major
Mesa 2:90

Into a Mesa Recto 4x12.

You can come to my studio and check out whatever model you want...
The price on that used UL is retarded...LOL
You can get a mint used one between $1800 and $2000..
GC is asking almost retail on that one...LOL But what do you expect from the great GC...LOL
Shoot me an email

PS- I can get good deals on VHT stuff :)

LIne 6 Duoverb. After years of valve amp use, and being badly burned by a £2K Engl, its tranny for me now!

The Line 6, personally sounds better than any amp I have used previously, regardless of the technology involved. However, I have found certain things that you must do to make a line 6 sound good.

1 - stick the amp on its side, so its a vertical 2x12"
2 - use a drive pedal instead of Line 6 gain. I use a MXR Zakk Wylde
3 - Remove the Line 6 logo.

Bingo! Sonic nirvana!

Hey Tim, what happened to you with the Engl. Last time you posted about it (with clips) it was all positive...???

BTW I use an Axis into a Cornford Hurricane. Dark, warm, yummy! :D
