I play through a Mesa Boogie Mark IV Rack head with a Mesa Boogie 4x12 half-open back cabinet. Alesis Quadraverb+, Rockman MIDI Octopus controlling the Boogie and a Behringer FCB-1010 MIDI Footcontroller controlling the Octopus and Alesis.

Main Guitar?? Like you had to ask :) MM John Petrucci. Mystic Dream, Piezo, inlays, and matching headstock. Great guitar (no stress cracks, but very ****ty case).

Backup (used to be main): 1985 USA Jackson Randy Rhoads V. I'm the original owner.

Amp: Traynor 40W Tube combo (1X12") my "Little Red Booster" (it is a limited edition red color, which of course changes the tone tremendeously :D )
When needed, I send its output to a Crate G212 2X12" Celestion loaded combo with a 2X12" Crate extension cabinet for extra volume.
I am just now coming to grips with a Digitech GNX2 processor.
I usually plug in my '89 Fender Strat and '02 Tele and a Les Paul Standard.

My wife gave me an "Albert Lee" for an early Christmas present, and no, you cannot borrow either! They are both unbelievable.

Between the translucent blue "Albert Lee" and the red Traynor I guess I am now about as funky as I can possibly get at my age.

I'm currently doing the rack-thing. I alternate between:
Pod Pro
Marshall 9001
ADA MP1
powered by a Mesa 20/20( which is louder than GOD )
two 1x12 Mesa cabs - one 1/4-back and one closed-back Theile.

plus too many pedals:D

My Setup

My amp... well.... to give you an idea of what I'm using,
I've got an Ibanez jem7dbk with an internal Roland Synth, I'm using a rack configuration...I'm going, Furman Power, Audio Technia UHF Dual antenna Wireless, Line6 POD Pro. (I mostly use the Mesa Amp presets) Digitech 2101 W/2 Mesa SP 12ax7's, BBE 482 Sonic Maximizer, Mesa Boogie 50/50, Jim Donlop HeilSound Talk Box Peavey 4x12 cab.

But I'd like to replace all that with real Mesa Stuff! A T.C. Electronics GeForce, TriAxis, Mesa Recording Pre, New Studio 100/100 Eventide Harmonizer, Jim Dunlop Cry Baby Rack Wah, Framptone TalkBox, and Two Mesa 2x12 cabs. I love my wireless though.

I also can't WAIT to get my first Ernie Ball Guitar. I'm melting over a John Petrucci w/ Piezo right now. It'd be the perfect compliment to my JEM. I'm actually looking to get a 6 and 7 sting JPM w/ piezos.

I have only been playing for just over two years, but I have been playing enough to make up for five years of practice. I am recieving my John Petrucci Signature soon (to add to my Fender Stratocaster and DeArmond M-75) and it will be running through my Fender Cyber-Twin (2x12@130-watts, tube). I also have a Fender Champion 30 (1x8@30-watts, solidstate) that will be used when I am at my dad's house on some weekends. Then when I travel, I will use my Fender Mini-Twin ([email protected], solidstate).

Amp: Line 6 Flextone II 2x12

Guitars: Jackson Dinky DK2S (great guitar for very little money), and waiting on delivery of a Teal Pearl EBMM JP. The Jackson has a Sustainiac in the neck position, but I like having a neck position humbucker, so I put in a Duncan Hot Rails neck version in the middle single coil slot. I also put a Duncan Dimebucker in the bridge slot.
