I'm using a Pedal Power 2, and I like it a lot. It even has a switch for 12V on two of the plugs, so I power my Nova Delay off of it too. Can also do the bigger Line6 pedal. Very quiet.

PP2 is only 30 bucks more than the smaller version, but with twice the outputs. The 12v feature could be very handy, as you say and do. Referring to what Collin had mentioned earlier, it has two "sag" adjustable outputs. I've found the near dying battery output effect especially cool on chorus/phase pedals. Makes them more subtle and natural sounding.

I've got a OneSpot and and the Voodoo labs PP2+, totally different animals.

For a couple of pedals the OneSpot, etc. are fine. You're not likely to experience noise or problems. And much more portable than the PP. I use it all the time when I play with just a pedal or two.

For pedals before and in the loop (multiple grounds, etc.) the PP2 is hard to beat. Great little unit. It's mounted under my pedalboard.

If you're only using a few pedals, try out the One Spot adaptor with a daisy chain. It's less expensive than a Pedal Power and can pedal a number of pedals in itself.

I use one of those, and it works great. Unless your Eric Johnson, I think it is the best, cheapest resolve...

any chance youd post a few pics of your pedal board setup and overall rig as i will be looking to build a new rig in the next year or so.

It's a bit of a hijack ... but sure.

From my guitar into the Wah, Strobostomp, Compressor, Phase 90 (wired to be true bypass), RC Booster, Axess BS2 buffer (underside of the board), into the amp.

In the FX loop I have Chorus, Delay, Verb, Volume pedal.

Amp has a parallel FX loop. With the VP off I get all dry signal. As I turn it up I blend in the wet signal. It can also be fed to another amp if I'm using an amp with no loop. (Stole this idea from Tommy, it's the Steve Morse approach.)

Whole thing is wired to/from the amp with a Pedalsnake so I have one cable to worry about (it's a breeze to set up). The little black switch on the left is a homemade channel switch for my amp, also feeds into the pedalsnake. The cabling/connectors are Bill Lawrence.

I just bought a OneSpot ( reluctantly ) about 2 weeks ago to power my EHX SMMH, Digitech Bad Monkey, Boss SD-1 and Boss CS-3. I was very pleasantly suprised by the one spot. The cable from the plug to the first connector is about 10' or so and the daisy chain is about 5-6' long too with a plug about every foot. So far it's been dead quiet and very reliable. Light too, beats the crap out of hauling a 6 outlet plug strip and 2-3 wall warts.

Got a Powerall. It works. It's cheap. It fits into the box of junk where all my pedals, strings, and stuff go.

And, if I am running my normal set-up? I use an old Boss adaptor to power my Flying Dragon or Sole Pressure for a nice Guitar - Pedal - Amp setup .... specially with my Galaxie .... the only other pedal needed is the channel switcher. It rocks. It rocks alot. :)

cheers always, eh

Got the Godlyke in. Works fine, no noise factor from home outlets. Has several adapters for various pedals too.
