I have been getting into the new Guns n Roses album this past week. It has grown on me at an alarming rate. I have also been given a copy of Vince Neil's solo album, Exposed. It was released in the mid 90's and I am only just having a listen now and I must say it is impressive (to me anyway) Features Steve Stevens of Billy Idol fame. Awesome. The list of favorites though is too long, this is just what has grabbed my attention the last few months.

I'm all over the rock map and if you could peek into my iPod, you'd see what I mean and it's hard to just pick a few but if I were to pick some that I've always fallen back on over the years I'd go with Metallica, Van Halen, Rush, Zep, AC/DC, G 'n R (not this Chines Democracy G 'n R), Hendrix, early U2.

My favorite is AC/DC, right behind that is The Who. I like ac/dc's older music with Bon Scott better though, like the high voltage album, and let there be rock, two of my favorites.

So many come to mind in my 50 plus years on this earth. Besides all of the obvious artists, I still enjoy listening to the James Gang (with Joe Walsh) and....the Medusa album by Trapeze will always be one of my all time favorites.

With that said, currently in my cd player is:
