Hey - I just recorded "Tiger by the Tail" with the black Bongo fiver! It could not have been fatter, Scott.

'specially nekkid Bongos! :D I'm seeing a Bongo fiver sometime in my future, just don't know when. I craves me some low, San Andreas fault shakin' notes! :D (And with the Bongo preamp, I know it's posible. ;) )

Ive seen yours in a few pics as well as bovines,big pappas,(the guy in the srgt pepper suit)and the thought of desert gold started to grow on me.My music teacher has a SR5 single in a gold color.I saw him perform with it tuesday and was awsome to hear and see him play that instrument.So all those influences are to blame. :cool:


I am eyeballing bovines carbon blue 4 on ebay as well.I would like to have a darker bongo as well.The mood thing working here.lol

Tomorrow will be the first time for me to hold and play a bongo.

i cant get over the looks of the Bongo ... but if you can then its a no-brainer really. i was floored when i played one at the local shop. sounds great and feels even better .... if i was blind id totally buy one
