probably 210 212, 210 410, 210 115
still havent decided yet

but do you notice the low tune?
all the cabs are tuned to 63Hz ... which i think isnt low enough for bass :(
prices are good though

I'm using an SWR Henry The 8x8 (480 watts RMS) as my gig cabinet, and an SWR Goliath Jnr 2x10 (350 watts RMS) as my practice and small gig cabinet. The Son of Bertha 1x15 in the photo has been sold, since the Henry has more than enough bottom end.

That's my old SWR SM400 (2x220 watts stereo; 400 watts bridged) head in the photo, which I'm about to sell since I have just bought a Demeter VTBP-201s preamp to use in conjunction with my Yamaha P4500 power amp (2x720 watts stereo; 1440 watts bridged). I'm only using one side of the Yamaha, but that's a perfect match with either cab.

Here's my rig (Pre-Bongo days, of course).
Mesa400+Stack7Med.JPG

From Top Down:
Homemade Bass Hanger
Furman RackRider Power Conditioner
Korg DTR-2 Tuner
Mesa 400+
Mesa 4x10 Diesel Cab (Faces my back)
Mesa 1x15 Diesel Cab (Turned towards drummer)
2x12 & 2x6 (Lumber) Stands to raise cabs off ground (4x10 cab is right at my ear level)
This setup works great for me and my drummer.

I def recommend a 1x15 & 4x10 combo. The 15 seems to get lows that the 4x10 can't and the 4x10 is stronger in the middle to higher frequencies.

I dont have pics right now, but I play a Gallien-Krueger 400RB 2x10 combo. Under it sits a Gallien-Krueger 4x10RBH. Oh my goodness does it sound good. Amazing low end for a 4x10. Its about time to move into a 700RB or 1001RB.

ya im kinda annoyed by that .. i started with 4 x10's and wanted to get the 400 watts outta my amp so i got another cab ... 4x10 + 1x15 would be too much to lug around so i got 2x10.

i think 2x10 + 1x15 would have been better. the b15h is tuned to 50hz

spectorbassguy, that Homemade Bass Hanger was something i was gonna get but buy one instead of make one, but then i thought of the weight of the bass on the edge of the rack which made me stop getting one.

Howz it working out for ya?
