That might be medallion gold...older discontinued color. Havent seen a lot of those around. I think that's a pretty good deal for a guitar that seems to be in excellent condition.

That's medallion gold, not olive gold. Olive gold is much darker. MG was discontinued around 2008, at that time OG was introduced. OG was discontinued 1-2 years later. Great price!

I looked up olive gold and it didnt look like the color in the picture , so the guy is wrong on it being made in 2009 or 2010 then.
its not really a custom color like the guy had said, its a color you could order in at the time.
I may go check it out , I waiting to see if the Luke in tru gold will come out cause thats what i would really want , but if not i would like the silo special. Are the neckson them similiar to a y2d?

That's the only way you can order a colour ... if they offer it ;)

All MM guitars are built to order, so that's probably what he meant. Looks like it's in great shape and that's a great price.

Price is "ok". For about the same, you could pick up the vintage burst hardtail Silo that Pete DuBaldo has. It's listed as used only because I've played it so much. If you're looking in Boston, they're only a couple hours drive or an easy ship to avoid sales tax.

yeah i saw that one but I don't really like 24 fret guitars too much though, but maybe i will take a trip and go try out. i'd rather get a guitar from him.

I sold that exact same color silo with that same pickguard about 6 months ago on ebay. I sold in mint/new condition. Maybe he's the guy. Ask him. That color is pretty much gold. It has a hint of sparkle in it but not overpowering. pretty good price but i'd offer him 750
