Thanks, I'll look for the thread. I was really wondering if it was the original finish; I guess it is. Interesting color.

It's Lavender Pearl. The thread in question was about the Sterling on Ebay that I wound up buying.

I wonder in all that info about it how it has 6 strings? That color must be hiding something.
