Life is weird.
I bought this red Axis back in 96 or so and I kept it for more than 10 years. Others came and went but this red quilt top Axis had some serious tone happening. I compared it to Les Paul historics and other big players and this Axis had absolutely NO right to sound that good. Eventually I lost interest in the Axis guitars and sold them all off. I held on to the red quilt to the very end, and it was the last to go.
sooooo I saw it on Ebay today and decided to buy it back. It's kind of like I loaned it out to a couple of strangers for a couple of years
and now it's coming back home I hope it's still as minty as it once was. Someone grabbed the Dtuna off it, but oh well.
