We can't keep blaming covid and short-staffing to explain poor service when we're still paying over 4 grand each for these guitars rife with electronic issues. I have 6 Majesties and 3 have issue, just got one fixed but the 20th anniversary never having played without static only gets a $15 pot mailed to me. What's happening with this company?

It's amazing that you have these issues yet still seem to have purchased two additional Majesty guitars every time you make a post.

Guys- we don't allow insulting comments here.

Also, mmayo- I'm not sure why this is in the "general music discussion" forum. Regardless, if you have issues with MM's customer service, you should take it up with them directly and let them help you out - that's what they're there for. We don't have the context and this isn't the place to vent.

I'm going to close it down.
