It's trying to escape from that crap bass...

He's altered the layout of the tuning pegs to make it look more like a Stingray... Regular Jay Tursers have a 2+2 arrangement...

I like this bit...

It has a different stringray neck but I've been assured that it is of equal value.

Oh yeah?

I personally like the fact that they "bought it for about $1000." Hello check the MSRP the bass could probably be had for agout $250-$275 new if you shopped it out... not to mention a $300 reserve... I needed a good laugh this morning :D

I'm selling this bass for a buddy of mine, he assures me it's worth way more than it is, so i can scam all the innocents and take their money. This is a stingray, here's a link! This does have a different neck and body, and the electronics and different, but he assures me it's of equal value.

since i dont know anything about anything, you can't blame me if i come across as a total jack-off and ruin my "friends" auction for him by being an idiot.

seriously, who let's their friends sell their bass and doesn't tell them anything.

Is it possible the asshat changed out the neck but is a MM body?. Someone needs to e-mail the bidder and tell him what the dilly-o is!

Dunno, he's screwed around with the tuners, but they don't look to be from a Stingray.

It's truly horrible whatever.
