Question What is a SLO neck..??

SSIA...Ive seen this discussed and the search didnt cooperate...Can anyone enlighten me as to this term. Also assuming this is a neck with specific specs is there an upcharge?

Sterling 4 neck on a Stingray 4 body.

I am not sure if there is an upcharge, or not.
