bovinehost thanks for the long explanation, it is much appreciated. The bongo 6 is on top of my list for next purchase, if I get the money, but in case I can't manage the extra string then the 20th SR5 is next in line. I hope to one day (soon) drop by on Bass Central @ Miami to try all the MM bass line side to side, and I hope they still have 20ths, they have plenty right now. There are like 5 guitar stores in all Caracas and not one has EBMMs in stock. Ordering one might be more expensive than going to Miami to get it, and then I wouldn't have a chance to try it.

I wish I had bought that 30th anniversary stingray for my dad last year for his birthday. I opted for rare records I found aka FIGHT TO SURVIVE by White Lion and Femme Fatale...he loves trans red on mohogany and that bass reminded him of his 60's Gibson SG bass in look that he used to have, i'm sure i'll stumble across one at the right time sooner or later and have the cash to buy it. I just loved the look of that bass...i regret not buying the 100th namm bass or Onyx Sterling at my local dealer that they both had when they were brand spanking new...
