What is Music Man's association with Vigier?

I was just curious how EB/MM is associated with Vigier? I see when you go to Vigier's main page, they give some links to their main sites and to EB/MM. Is there some sort of working relationship (in Europe at least) which I just missed somewhere?

Cool. I've always been told great things about Patrice by Bumblefoot. Not too long ago I picked up a Vigier Excalibur Ultra for a great price on the used market. So I was checking out their website and saw the affiliation with EB/MM. Good to see guitar companies working together like this instead of viewing each other as total competition.
