NP, I believe that the guy that did the work is no longer in the business. But Greg (aka Norrin Radd) can tell you better. Always thought that was very cool personally. :D

Swirl is an acquired taste. Some just looked like horrible mess. but I happen to love this one, the colors chosen worked really well with the mix of green, white and black. I think it's gorgeous.

I think that was a Herc Fede swirl, iirc. Yes, it was Norrin's guitar!

Yup. WAS being the operative word. :(. They talk about the one that got away........

Oh well, yeah, that was done by Herc Fede. Not sure if he is still doing swirls or not. I haven't been able to find out on the web lately.........

Sure was a cool guitar. Glowed in the dark too. Way cool! And an amazing finish job too. He was/is truly a master artist. I'll see if I can find some more good pics and add them later.

You sold it? I always loved this swirl, but never saw the matching headstock. If I ever get a swirl job done, this guitar would be the model. Did it changed the tone in any way after you had it repainted?

I agree with Tung that a swirl finish is not everyone's flavor mine included, but this one rocks and was done to perfection. Wow Norrin I am surprised you let that one go, but I guess you have your reasons or someone caught you in a moment of weakness lol. Did you pick out the colors or you left it up to Herc.
