There have been many great colors on MM basses but Honeyburst is my fave:

From what I can see, one's a 2EQ and the other's a 3EQ. Nice basses!

My fave is the 3 band but I lucked onto the 2 band and it's such a nice one I can't let it go. Both are under 8.5 lbs and sound great!

I love my blue pearl SR5 with it's tort pickguard, but I would really like to have a trans gold/rosewood SR5 with a tort pickguard. I saw one on Ebay once being sold by Hillside Bass, gut it went for a fortune to someone in Europe.

Maybe Im just bored, but I am curious as to what everyones favorite color is. I would have done a poll, but that only gives you 10 options. Theres way more than 10 colors.

Come on then, what are the options?

I'll start it off... here's Black, White, Blue Pearl, Trans Teal and Candy Red...

Inca Silver

I have this one that I'm sending off to be refurbished and refinished. I'm leaning towards a black refin on this one, with black pickguard

I already have this '79 in Olympic White that I restored & refinished

My third restoration is currently just an '87 body in burgundy. It will probably get a Status neck, and I'm leaning towards Inca Silver (or Black for an all stealth look).

I also picked up the infamous 'Diamondplate' stingray. Underneath the plate, it is a trans teal. I will probably refinish that one in Buttercream or something undecided yet.

Pacific Blue Burst is slowly starting to win me over, while I still gots weak spots for Honey Burst and Tobacco Burst. But for me, a lot has to do with how pronounced the grain of the wood is - I likes a very pronounced grain! Of course, what I shall always covet that lovely Stratus Blue Sparkl- :shot by a mysterious chihuahua: :p
