Paging Mr adouglas. Mr adouglas to the vintage pearl courtesy phone.

Mine's cream pearl, not vintage white. Jeannie's Pickguards.

It's gorgeous. Nice and warm. But then, you've seen it.

Since you're choosing an option for a new bass I voted VWP… but if it were me I'd get the less expensive plain guard and buy a cream pearl guard with the savings.

It does look pretty darn perfect on a bongo...

I have to agree. The darker colors look excellent on a bongo, especially that abalone. Does anyone have a picture of one on a SR5?

I have to say that I am partial to the darker guards when there are black pups present. On the other hand when the pups are white, then the opposite looks better to me. JMHO...

I had a pearl-white and later a vintage pearl-white PG on my candy apple P-Bass. Both looked realy nice.
I guess both would look even better on a better bass (like a Stinger):D;) .

Bass has arrived! Would a matching headstock and rosewood board influence any of your votes?

The black does look pretty sexy though, but I'm thinking of something more stage friendly which accentuates the candy-ness of this beauty. I was set on a white variant, but I'm possibly leaning abalone...
