Question What pickups are in the silo special?

As per title. After hearing my silo plugged in my dad wants to change the pickups in his 79 strat for a set of the dimarzios in the silo or the closest you can get to them.
Gotta say too, i gigged the silo special for the first time thursday and friday and its just unbelievably good. Such an open sounding guitar, bright without been harsh or piercing. Im amazed by it everytime i pick it up.

The Bridge pickup is a DiMarzio Virtual PAF, which is no longer available to the public but their 36th Anniversary pickup is a close match). The single coils are custom made for EBMM and also not available to buy in stores. The True Velvet is possibly the closest match.

Thanks drkev. My dad was surprised just how good the silo sounded, hes been looking for a new guitar for a while but try as i might, i cannot convince him to by a MM, hes after a ricky but i think theyre crap. Will look into those pups though.

Steevo - if he can't be persuaded to try MM, but wants something that's not Fender/Gibson type - get him to try out a Reverend Guitars model.
