I found this "broken" gem @ a garage sale.

The lady who sold it to me didn't look like she knew what she had. She wanted three C bills for it. The man of the house was not around (shrug). I went home for a cab and a bass and hurried back. A quick diagnosis hinted that it may just need some pre tubes.

I was right.:D

I think I'm on a roll for good deals. What's next? A Stingray for $150?

There are two types of people in this world, those that are lucky and those that aren't.

To qoute some English dude hanging in a dungeon for a scene in a movie about a guy born in a manger next to the manger Jesus was born in: "You lucky bastard. You lucky, lucky bastard."

Nice Score! When I was 18 I got a Marshall JCM 800 head for $80 off of the cholos that lived next door to me.......I didn't ask where they got it but I didn't want to say no to buying it when I was in their garage with 10 of them and one of me.Have you ever seen Training Day?
