What strings come stock

I bought a MM Stingray 5 HH and was wondering what strings came with it. I want to buy a spare set "just in case" but I don't know which ones it came with. I really like them and want to keep the same type. How long should a spare set lay around before you should us them?

Thanks, i got my answer for the type but not for the questions about how long you can leave a set laying around. is there a shelf life on strings?

it really all depends on the conditions that they are stored in....it weighs in quite heavily and can sway shelf life one way or the other quite a bit. Keep your strings in a dry room temp. climate and you'll be fine.
