I'm somewhat new to guitar, and want to resstring my B.C. Rich.
I play in Drop C, and looking for strings for easy hammer ons and bending purposes..
whats strings should I get?

I'd recommend getting some Skinny Top Heavy Bottom Slinkys. They run 10 to 52 which will be easy for hammer-ons and bending but will still hold good tension on the lower strings for drop tunings.

For drop C, Beefy Slinkys .11-54 seem to work fine for me. Slinky top/Heavy bottoms are .10-.52. They might be too light for you, but there's no harm in trying. Because of the lower tension of drop C, the Beefys are still bendy for solos and for hammer ons.

I use Beefy's in D, and it feels nice. Your low E would be two semitones lower, but it should still feel alright.

EDIT: I do swap the .022 G string for a .020 with them.
