Well, since my last name isn't Ball and that name doesn't appear on my paycheck....

I think I will EBMM name it what ever they want. In the end we all know it will sound and play to perfection. ;)

The pickups are both ceramic, but thats about where it ends I believe. Having just received my first Sterling :D and also having an SR5 :p I can tell you they not even close.

Apologies if someone mentioned it, but just as we affectionately call the Stingray 5 the SR5, shouldn't the Sterling 5 be affectionately abbreviated or referred to as the S5?

2. Kristopher because a newbie referred to the BOngo 6 as the B6 you hold that in jacks face when his thread says that HE has never referred to bongos in such a way


How about if we name it the Sterling 5. KEep it up and no protos will be shown here If I cant even name the thing why would I give you a chance to comment during the design phase?

Sorry BP, I didn't mean any harm. I thought Jack asked who refered to the Bongo 6 as a B6, I wasn't trying to say Jack did it. I apologize.
