I used the Meguires 3 step car polish on my Bongo a few weeks back & it looks stunning. Really brings out the great finish quality.

Step 1, paint cleaner
Step 2, some kind of polish
Step 3, some other kind of polish :D

All other times I've used EB Wonder wipes! they rock!

I use Planet Waves 3 step... cleaner, wax, polish (only 'cause it came with a purchase once... but it works pretty well!)

Just polish it with soft cotton dry cloth every next day after gig and return it back into the EB case!

P.S. ...the same with unfinished neck and hardware too, including preamp knobs! ;)

Eh, I just use a soft cotton flannel cloth and my own breath to steam up any really smudgy spots.

Novus plastic polish works great for pickguards (especially if you have fine scratches you need to remove... get the three-formula collection w/ microfiber cloths on evilBay for $9-10). Fine scratches on the body finish can be removed with Maguiar's Scratch-X. After which you could use some straight carnauba paste wax is you really want to fuss that much. It doesn't seem to me that EBMM finishes really need wax to protect them... they are plenty thick and extremely hard.
