What I would do if I loved the sound but hadn't fallen totally in love with the Bongo. Put all my other basses away and play it exclusively. Then after about two months I would rethink my feelings and if they hadn't changed then I would ding the EB basses for sale thread.
It does take just a bit to get used to the Bongo. Once you do or let me say once I did I have not looked back.
It matters not to me what you do if you are happy and keep playing.
