What would you like from Santa this year?

I'm all for the world peace, happiness and health but what I really need is 36 hour days so I get a chance to catch up with some stuff

Me too! Including time for playing guitar (which, sadly, takes last place these days).

But Santa, a fully loaded Luke in Candy Red would be nice, that's if you can't persuade BP to create a one-off Luke in Mystic Dream.

Seriously though, if my kids buy me a cheap guitar stand, or a pack of strings, or a guitar pick, I'll be delighted. Each and every little gift they give me (including that 2005 limited edition "guitar" made from toilet-roll tubes, a tissue box and rubber bands!) is precious, because they're learning -- just for a millisecond -- to give.

ya ive seen alen hinds alrite on the xotic pedals website doing gear demos.i know you recommended the BB before.i emailed a dealer about this and he recommended the AC+ more so for rock/metal playing.i know the BB+ is due out at the moment.are these pedals really that good or whats the main attraction with them?

I have the BB and the RC... they do not colour the sound of your amp at all.. that for me was the selling point.... the BB works great for my overdrive needs and the RC is my clean boost... great pedals..

My Christmas wish...

For my son to be safe while deployed in Iraq... and to come home as soon as possible.

For my material wants, on the list this year was an Xotic BB Preamp, a Pedaltrain pedal board, a box of hybrid slinky 9's and a G7th capo for my 12 string...

If I get none of that I'll still be thankful for everything I have. A great wife, our families and our health.
