Whatcha Waitin' On?

I saw a firemist purple Bongo 5HH in GC in LA last weekend. I don't need another, but dang that was a purdy bass. I'm waiting on a tangerine fretless HS I ordered a few weeks ago thru Pete, but that purple - wow!
 
Oh, that purple speaks to me. It visits me in my dreams. It haunts me. It beckons to me. Alas, I have a new bass and so the purple Bongo is not to be. *sigh*
 
So...the Caprice doesn't come in that snazzy new purple, does it? Because I'd be in trouble then.
 
waiting for a starry night stingray preferably slo special with matching headstock and flame neck to appear.
 
I just got my 30th Anniversary Stingray 5 a few weeks ago. Now that I saw Guitar Center and Musicians Friend have an exclusive purple Bongo with a roasted neck, I'm thinking I need to pull the trigger on that.
 
Pre ordered last week and will take 6 months to arrive (around November). A Bongo 5HH in Stealth Black with additional white pickguard. I hope it's going to be worth the wait......:rolleyes:
 
I'm feeling very attracted to the idea of a 4HH gold/yellow Bongo. How yellowtail is that new colour - anyone have a view on it? I'm really after a yellow Bongo.
 
I've been saving for a 5-String bass. My favorite color is Purple. I opened the Ernie Ball Music Man Basses webpage recently to look at Stingray 5's. You can imagine the reaction I had when I saw that SR5 in Firemist Purple on there. LOL. I need to sell another bass first, then I will be ordering some purple goodness. That is the best bass color I've ever seen!
 
Don't mind the black hardware on the Yellow Bongo, but dislike the black control plate on the Stingrays.

But when it comes to these sort of things, some people will love, and some will not.
 
OK so lets add a Sterling 5 to the Stingray Classic I ordered. So very fortunate to have great shop that is a EBMM dealer. I am sure I will order another one once I get the Classic... it is nice to have a couple in the pipeline at all times... curbs the raging GAS I have..... a wee bit.
 
These may be like waiting for hell to freeze over... but I am waiting for
