GC is no longer publicly traded. I believe they went private again within the last year or two. Marty is still the CEO. Great guy who actually pops in on this forum once in a while.

Hey, true it is. Looks like they were bought out in 07 by Bain Capital. Same company owns Woodwind and Brasswind. Learn something new each day.

Argh! I should have checked this post before heading down there today. I was sooo looking forward to trying out this guitar. Got there and it was GONE.

Soooo bummed. Haven't found a guitar shop with any Al's here in LA yet.
