Help! What's up with my Forum Time?

My forum information is time stamped about 7 hours ahead of what my computer time says. Anyone know how I can fix that?

Most recent post says it was posted at 10:49pm today and my computer clock said 3:49pm.

Yeah, its everyone. Weird thing was, this morning I walked in and the forum was like 8 hours ahead. Then I noticed 3 hours later that the clock in my office was an hour slow. Confusing Monday!
