Come on guys, we can do better than this! Why would you be buying Hot Rod Deville's and regular Tubescreamers when you have the money?! Mine would be:

Because, like the OP said, winning the lottery doesn't make you a rock star...then that makes me a hobbyest.

Can't get much better than a tubescreamer through a hot rod deville for fiddling around at home.
Seriousely, for cleans, you can't beat a Fender.
Then for my heavey stuff, the 5150 III.

Silo Special
Two-Rock Custom Reverb

Analogman KoT
Skreddy Pink Flesh

I'm pretty sorted for guitars and gear.

Like I said, I'd try and pick up a few other guitars though.

I keep telling people, I can't play, I'm just one of those folks who are good for the industry!!

I already have my dream amp rig. If I wanted some super expensive valve job, I would already have it and would have found a way to pay for it!

As for guitars, I would probably order one of each of the EBMM range (apart from the trem and all single coil models). And maybe try and get a Mr Horsepower, just to have!

After trying a Mesa Mark V and hearing JP's new Mark V rig last night, I would probably get a Mark V half stack with maybe a custom finish. Then I would get a small 10 space rack with a few different things such as an Eventide Eclipse, Dunlop rack wah, since we're fantasizing here I may as well throw in a G Force as well, and a few other things. Then I'd get a Rocktron MIDI controller to control it all. I'd hire some guy to wire it all up and program everything. If I could extend the rig even further, I'd add a Dual Rectifier or another Mark V with a 4x12 cab and have the Mark V running dry (except for delays) and the Dual Rectifier running wet at all times.

For guitars, I'd have the JP6 I have now, a JP7 in Sterling Silver, and a JP6 BFR in Cherryburst. JP used the Cherryburst for one song last night and it was so beautiful.

I'm very satisfied with my 20th Silo and Silo Special, but I would probably get one of each model and take 2 out of all of the ones I would have at random to every gig.

Now for Amps: Mesa Mark V and Lonestar w/ 2 2x12 Recto Cabs (But I would also probably get an ENGL). Few more effects pedals and I would be perfectly satisfied.

And then I would get an Audi R8 and BMW M5 :D to transport some of these things hehehe

Mark V and/or JSX (I'd have to play them to decide)
A few vintage and new effects with quality bypass boxes to keep my signal straight to the amp, and A/B stereo boxes to swap between amps (like Eric Johnson's setup)
BFR JP7 in Cherry Burst
a 20th trem (piezo if I can find one)
a 25th hardtail
a SSS SS (punS intended :p) probably all white/maple, oh and piezo
an HSHp hardtail Silo for drop tuning

That's it, everything I have I like very much so it would complement this

Since I've already got my Mark V halfstack, Koa, pedals, and my 2 Dargie's on the way, the only other things I would want would be another halfstack (probably Roadking II to cover the Recto tones), a BFR JP6 and BFR JP7 in Cherryburst, a nice little Ampeg Bass Rig, and a few different EB Basses (Bongo 4, 5, & 6 and a Sterling 5 in Silver). That would about do it for me I think.

EDIT: Maybe some more stompboxes as well. You can never have too many cool effects pedals.

I'd love to have a Mark Cameron modded marshall and some of that crazy eventide rack gear that costs more than my car. I'd also probably get the two balls I'm still pining for- a maple fb 20th with trem and flame top and a Koa BFR JP. I'd probably grab a red flame top EVH model and maybe an identical Axis also.

I strongly wish since 2 years for: Triaxis V.2.0; Mesa 2:90; one 4x12 Recto cab plus one lonestar 2x12 cab; Dunlop rack wah (DCR-2SR); Eventide Eclipse; MXR EVH Phaser90 and Flanger; MXR Zakk Wylde distortion; Axess Electronic FX1 foot controller; Behringer tuner; Furman PL-PLUS power conditionner; one EBMM volume pedal and 2 others for expression pedal; a patchbay; and maybe a Mashall JMP-1 and a second rack effect(Lexicon MPX-110) for the acoustic side(PIEZO) with the Mesa Boogie Lonestar cab.

I would like the EBMM 25th ann.; a BFR WalnutBurst JP7; a BFR DD2 Bariton JP; a BFR KOA JP6.

Guitars:
- JP6 DDII + piezo (GASing so hard it hurts...)
- Wouldn't mind a JP6 Koa to be honest
- Oh wait, that JP6 BFR Cherryburst at basscentral would be MINE!
- '57 Fender Strat in candy apple red + EMG DG-20 pickup-assembly
- Parker MIDIfly of Belew-sig. (I'm a Roland V-system user since the VG-8, now VG-99)

Amps:
old Hiwatt DR103 + matching fane-speaker 4x12
Bogner Ecstacy 20th + 4x12
Bogner Uberschall + 4x12
VHT 2150/Classic poweramp for W/D/W setup with above ;)

Effects: really easy this one, I only use delay.
TC 2290 delay

oh, and a ProCo Rat to push the Hiwatt Gilmour-style :). For the next couple of years that will also probably be the only realistic item in this wishlist :S

I’ve never had much... so I don’t ask for much.

A Mesa Boogie MarkV, a BFR JP6 (Amethyst) and every pedal that Boss makes.

Amethyst... ya gotta love Amethyst. Even lefties love Amethyst!

I'd buy one of every discontinued and one off EBMM I could find (like the 2 JP silverbursts) then all of Dream Theater's exact rig.

JP BFRs in every color for all the different tunings I would need, then a bunch of other EBMMs like some Axises, Silhouettes, regular JPs, etc.

As for amps, I would want 2 Mesa Roadking stacks dry in the middle, and 2 Mesa Mark V stacks on each side for the wet sounds. For effects all my stuff would be racked, but it would just be a bunch of pedals instead of rack units, other than a tuner, noise gate, Dunlop rack wah, and a couple other things. Controlled by an Axess Electronics MIDI controller.

As for a more realistic "dream" rig, I'm pretty happy with my stuff, I would just want some better pedals than my Boss ones. I just got a TC Electronic Nova Delay, which is awesome, I've had an EB wah for a while, which is also awesome, I would just add an MXR Chorus, EVH Flanger, EVH Phase 90, and maybe an EB Volume pedal and Korg Pitchblack tuner. I'd get better and longer cables too, probably Mogami. If I was going to upgrade my amp I'd get a Mark V half stack, but I'm very happy with my Rectoverb combo.
