I know what you mean.

I use to spend endless hours studying interior design, architecture & sports cars!
Those were my loves.
Now they've all taken a back seat to Music Man guitars.
Even my wife says I'm obssessed. :D

Correction!
You must own one to try and be satisfied.
3000+ pics and no guitar is by all means an obsession in my book! ;)

Q: When do you know you're addicted to EBMM?
A: When you sit around the house looking for stuff to sell so you can get another one.

I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with EBMM guitars. But for me they are far better than any other guitar I've played, hence the justification of me using them (excuse more grammar, can't be arsed to correct myself.) As far as guitars go I think they have lovely designs. Good use of typogrpahy on the headstock depending on the guitar and generally well contructed with innovative use of contouring etc etc. Obessions are totally uncool, I'm glad I'm not obsessed, although if in an arguement I will defend MM against anything. JP was the guy who got me into Musicman though. Thanks a lot for making me fok out £1000 :)

I was hooked since I saw Steve Morse for the first time/ heard him the first time. I said to myself if this guy plays those guitars, then so must I. Tan I finally ordered a Silo without even playing one or any EBMM at all, and I am LOVING it. OH, and I have a Luke on order :D .

That's the truth :) The first time I laid hands on my JP6 I was hooked.

Absolutely true for me too. From the second I played that used Petrucci in GC, I knew I'd order one.

:D  ! I'm sure you will have one soon. It all comes with patience Junior. I've been lucky so far with what I have concerning that I am 21 (in May). If I did not have the job I have right now I would be ballless and many other things.

By the way, I see your wish list that you want a DSL50 Marshall. My friend just got one recenly, and than got a JCM800. The DSL does not compare to the JCM800. The JCM is pretty awesome, but I did not play through it with my Silo yet. Anyway, just thought you would like to know this info :) . By the way, all the awesome players use the JCM800, and especially Vinnie Moore, and Iron Maiden.

Oh, thank you for the info, but I'm from Croatia so that'd be kinda...

The JCM800 was on my wishlist for quite a while, but I decided if I'd get a Marshall, It'd have Marshall gain which I want. But I'll get the GT8 first... that thing is the ownage ;) ...plus, I already tried a DSL100 and I loved it... even on a low volume with a crappy guitar. :D ...but you never know, I might end up with a Peavey JSX or 5150 :D

+1

With me , I sold stuff on E bay, did odd jobs for people, tucked away expenses payments from work, when I had to work away I didn't blow all my expenses on expensive meals, and within 12 months I had the money stashed (without the wife knowing ;) )

I then went and bought one unseen !!!
