AFAIK, I don't think they actually changed the bridge pickup much if at all. All they did was use the Bongo style casings and as far as they have said, they don't have any plans to change the single H pickups anytime soon.

I like the old casings, and was hoping it wouldn't change before the DD basses.

Maybe they are using one of Leo's tricks and changing pickup covers when they run out of the old ones.:)

The only differences I see from the single to dual pickup SR models the pickup casing (as said before) and the pole pieces - they aren't raised for the A and D strings as on the SR H.
