Where can I order an lefty MM online?

So, since the dollar is pretty low now compared to the swedish currency, I'm thinking about taking the plunge and ordering my (first!) MM-bass!

I've been looking at musicians friend, but they don't sell lefty MMs... And I've checked southpawguitars, but they retail the MM's at almost $2000, wich seems pretty wierd since Musicians Friend sells the righties for $1300.

SO! I need some help finding webpages selling lefty MM's AND ship to sweden! I'd love to order a new one since I haven't really owned a new bass... But used is good as well, but I don't think I'll have any luck at ebay.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that any US based dealer, like MF, will have a dealer agreement with EBMM that doesn't allow them to sell new EBMM basses to buyers outside of the US. You may have to contact a European distributor.

dealer agreements prohibits shops from exporting guitars/basses from the us, so finding a used bass on ebay might be your only option. unless you post in the wanted to buy thread here at the forum, then some southpaw forumite who needs to sell their bass might get back at ya

or if youre lucky there are some swedish dealers lurking around in here.. they might give ya a good deal on a lefty.
if you were norwegian id sure pm ya a price on a bass

So basicly, ebay is the only way to go? Well, I'm not really suprised... And hell, if I can find a good used MM on ebay for about $1000 or less, I surely won't complain

Yeah well the problem is that I think the norwegian prices are about the same... Sucks to live here when it comes to instruments. The lefty ones here in sweden costs about $3500, and you can buy a new righty one for $1300... Oh well, I'll check ebay alot instead

Btw, we kicked your asses in handball! I saw my first game yesterday, denmark vs germany, good god! Great sport to watch, I'll be following the games from now on!
