Which EB strings have the smoothest surface?

The title says it all! I am looking for the EB string that produces the least string talk. I prefer the sound I get from EB Slinkies, but want a smooth string surface that makes as little noise as possible against my fingers. Thanks in advance!

I gotta have "the noise"!!! Exhuberates "newness, vibrancy, liveliness", etc. .

However, I completely understand personal choices not wanting it. I just don't call it noise, I call it "breaking the freshness seal".
