tough one. sterlings are my thing but black on black with a maple FB is my fave MM color combo. ah hell, take any one of them. you can't go wrong no matter what you choose. i can't make a decision either. man, i need help.

I'd vote for all of them...3 sets..3 basses but that's not a voting option.

I knew noone would be going for option 4, so it had to be done. You never know, there might be something good on TV and you'd miss it!!! And seeing as you replaced your keyboard player with an iPod, why not just pop the whole band on there? It would be much easier to just plug the iPod in at shows and play along "air guitar" style (I think iPod nanos might be even lighter than Markbass amps)!

Make it obvious by "strumming" the bass lines! I like to see bass players do that on Top Of The Pops here in the UK, like it's a pisstake of the fact they're not allowed to play live, ho-ho. Those ZANY bass players!

Wow, thanks for all of the replies everyone! The masses have spoken.I'm getting ready to leave for San Diego and the SR5 is packed!I'll try to get some pics tonight.(Travis, I was leaning towards the Sterling myself but I wanted to let the forum members decide this one so the SR5 it is)
