Nah dude, it says OLP right in the text body, but why does it say EBMM on the headstock, confusing??

It's clearly not an EVH or an Ernie Ball Music man product although they've painted the EBMM logo and EVH signature on the headstock. Perhaps the folks at EBMM may want to step in here (although the seller conveniently refernces Olp in the text)

Based on the tile job in the pictures, it looks like they were taken on the floor of the crapper, which is where this thing probably belongs.

The seller hid the bidders names so no one could contact them to let them know that it wasn't an offical EBMM.

Nice.

Your correct there Jon. :)

You think that's bad? Look at this one...

Lies, Lies, Lies!!!

He's deliberately misrepresenting an OLP with changed headstock as an EBMM Axis... This guy should be sued...

That's from a store too ?? Alot of times I overlook those auctions because it seems obvious the seller has no idea of what they're talking about, as far as they are concerned the OLP is EB. This guy, on the other hand, should know better and probably does.

I really dislike this whole OLP business, I understand why it is in place, but it bugs me. I talk to people and they truly do not think the EB guitar is any different from the OLP except for the bridge or whatever. Even some of the "salesmen" at the local music stores don't seem to understand the differences except for the pricing.

OK, this infringing guitar has been reported to E-bay and should be taken down by tomorrow. I don't know how I feel about being called "wonder dog" though.

I had one of these listings come up a couple weeks ago and when I contacted the seller of the bootleg OLP advertised as a genuine Ernie Ball Music Man, the seller was swearing at me and telling me he had a lot more e-bay feedback than I did, and that he was going to report me to E-Bay for harassing him. The end result was E-bay canceled his listing once they got my report. :D Some people.
