White sparkle Sterling in PHX

I was at the MetroCenter GC today trying out the 1001RB with an HH SR5 (awesome, both of them) and they had a used white sparkle Sterling, rosewood, matching headstock there. Pretty good shape, missing the selector switch tip, and with a tiny ding on the back.

They wanted 900 for it, which is way high, in my opinion, but it's there and they'd probably come down if you went in and haggled with them

Nope. I actually haven't been to GC in ages. I just had the time to spare yesterday during my lunch hour. I didn't see any Mark Bass stuff at the Metro one, but I have to admit, I didn't go in looking for it, so I may have missed it.

When your new bass comes in we can hook up and try the Markbass stuff at GC then go to The Bass Place and see what they got then I'll treat for dinner somewhere (Mythos is closed for rennovations though).

Sounds like a very good idea! Jack mentioned my bass is close to shipping from SLO. You think we'll be doing this before or after Dallas?
