I bought my replacement pickguard from Pickguard Heaven. I actually had them leave the holes for the switches and vol/tone controls out so I could customize it to my liking.

I relocated the "bridge-on" switch to the tone control position and replaced the vol/tone controls with a 500k dual concentric control pot. Works great for me, and I love the way the pickups sound with 500k ohm pots instead of the regular 250ks. I just couldn't get used to the location of where the switch was. If you notice, I also put the 3 holes closer together to move the vol/tone away from the bridge pickup.
