Who says Silo Specs should be conventional?

Have you tried the AT-1 (Andy Timmons) yet?

I used to have the Ibanez AT300. because it's a mahogany body, I don't think it's a fair comparison, but the AT1 in there was quite warm, despite the 500k pots. It's fat, and relatively dark. A little warmer than I'd like. Again, the mahogany body probably isn't helping. but it's the closest tonal cousin to the Breed I've found. I've not ABed both, so I can't realistically say what the key differences are.

I'm looking for something with good harmonic content, and bright, yet a little fatter than the FRED, which I think is a little thin in Alder bodies. I'm thinking the Mo Joe would be the best for what I'm looking for.

That Silo-Tele is all kinds of awesome. Was it hard to line up the bridge just right?

No its easy.The Musicman and Tele bridge string holes just line up.

I want to do that to an ash silo special with Lindy Fralin Blues pickups and a single coil in the middle (5 way switch)
