Good thought, but:

The Stealth package is in the build system coded as a color option, so you would get a standard JP with chrome hardware because you are replacing the Stealth color code with the code for Black Sugar.

If I had the coin I’d be gettin a Reflex for sure. Although the HH AL intrigues me.

I still think the rare bird will be the Double Neck.

I just thought of a cool combo. If you order the JP6 or JP7 Stealth and add the BS/RM package to it, you can get a BS/RM JP6 or JP7 with all black hardware. Unless that's not an option?

The JPX will have all black hardware with the BS/RM package if I recall correctly.

I bet Brett has most of Ernies old EVHs lol, I was just talking to him and he just told me he got a couple more that he will be putting up on the site. Ernie I have checked out your pages and your collection is off the charts. I just saw someone sell one of the first 100 signed Petruccis on the bay a few weeks ago for $4,400.

Glenn have you made up your mind yet as to what you are getting? I am placing my order this week and am set with the HH AL and Gold Roller. I like the black and gold hardware look and am totally satisfied with my choices, I am still a bit confused at to what Dargin meant when he said the finish is real hard to photograph, and it is more gold than silver. I am taking it that he means the specks in the finish, but no one has clarified it yet. I went totally on Jeffs mock ups as that is exactly what I am expecting my guitars to look like. I wish BP or Dargin would post a few good shots of the one they gave Petrucci or some promos they have made already so then we would know exact. Keith stop already as your head is going to turn like Linda Blairs lol, who are you kidding you know-( The power of the Balls compels you) and that you will not miss out on owning one of these bad boys lol.

If you add up the poll the Petrucci models are in the lead with 18 which is no big surprise, and I believe if they were offered with a Floyd the Axis would be right next to it. I am surprised that the single model lead is the Luke by a good shot, and also have two friends not on the forum going that way. My friend Mike who is my tech just got an Luke a few months ago and when I showed him this he ordered another in RM/BS. He really has a thing for that guitar and the guy owns about 100 axes, but I got him hooked as he plays all my Balls and loves them. Pete is going for that double neck, and it would be sweet Pete if you wind up with the only one. But you may have good company if Joe B and BP also end up with one. When I think about it that would be super cool, dont you think.

I'm not really getting a doubleneck I just wanted to make sure it got a vote. Although you never know, if I can come up with enough scratch I might grab one just because it would be incredibly cool to bust out at my gigs with Yellow9 and Bedlam.

I was pretty sure I was going Luke. However, the Reflex is tempting me after I was listening to Joe Bonamassa doing "Mountain Time" with a 25th with hardtail and rosewood.

Jeff, thanks again for the brilliant mock-ups...you really helped me making a final decision. Haven't ordered a different pg yet, I'll wait and see what the finish looks like in the flesh.
