Nice! I used to be into timepieces and have seen Balls on other forums. Very cool watches -- and a rich history (although not with the current owners). I still haven't seen one in person. Their dealer network is pretty limited.

I've not seen these before.

I've got my eye on an Omega Seamaster at the moment but I may have to have a quick look at these first....

huge time piece collector here. thanks for the lead on the Ball. I might have to see about the chrono with a black face.

I wonder if they're gads cheaper in Switzerland where they're made... kind of a reverse of what we hear ALL THE TIME about international pricing...:)

I am a watch junkie I almost bought these for the boys and me at xmas

Hahaha... I think you should have BP, then you could literally wear your name on your wrist... Not many of us can claim that...:D

P.S. There's no relationship between your family and this Webster Clay Ball right? Or is there??? Ball isn't that common a name, I'd assume?

Actually, this brand is a bit strange. It's not sold in Switzerland at all... It might be now, but it never was in the past. It's an AMERICAN brand, resurrected by a Chinese family (Hong Kong), and now made in Switzerland...:D

But the prices are about the same everywhere...:D

P.S. I don't carry these, but I like 'em...:p

Heh... you do that... It's a nice piece, though I find the hydrocarbon chronos a bit too much in a watch... I like my watches simple...:D

I just realise that the hydrocarbon magnate I bought last year has been discontinued... Hmm...:D
