I don't know about first but I could quite possibly be the last forumite to get a dual pickup Stingray/Sterling. Being a family man with a moderate income limits me to one new instrument about every four to five years or so.No problem though, the single pickup on both my SR5 and SR4 works great

i got the lime green one. ive been thinking about a double bass for a couple months but i really dont think id play it much ... plus, to get this back on topic ... i cant wait for my 2 sterlings to get here

I'm hoping one of the EB retailers in the Las Vegas area will have a dual-pup SR5 by early january, just so I can try it out.

Lucky man! I love the christmas album.
I saw Setzer earlier this year, and it seems he only gets better with time.
Such a bad ass geetar player, and a fantastic showman too!
And I guess you get to actually meet the man too, which almost makes me green vith envy
