Why MM SUB instead of EBMM SUB?

I personally like the EBMM name rather than just MM. But thats just me, and I am not a guitar marketing expert!

Nope! But what I was saying is that I think the two name thing is kinda cool. I always liked that when Mr VH was endorsing EBMM before I had even bought a EBMNM guitar. Had a classy ring to it!

Also, why doesnt the trem unit say "Musicman" on it like the others?

If I had to guess, I'd say it was more of a anti counterfeiting measure, much the same as the SUB having a different neck plate.
