Thx Oli. About the B5, you may be remembering that the first Bongo I had was a Stealth 5 HH. Playing/owning that one, I realized that I <a> loved the Bongo, but <b> wanted a 4. That B5HH got traded for the '07 LE SR4HH I had for a while, which later got sold to help fund the BFR Redwood SR4HH I had for a while, which was later traded for the 2 basses I now have!

Don't forget the redrise you sold me to fund the 30th, which got sold after you realised you want the redwood - and that gunsmoke (?) that I wanted to buy too but got sold after you had it a month...

You have an incredible bass history. I imaging he bongo I end up having will be one of yours!

I'll never forget that bass. My one and only for a long time. I hope (and assume) you're still enjoying it. I know what you're saying about my run of basses - I went through a "fitful" period of trying different things I wanted to try. But all that's over now - atleast for a while. For me, the buck stops at the Bongo.

I had really been planning to get down to one bass for a while - until I get some other stuff paid off and get into a house. I'm going to sell the SR4HH, leaving me with the Stealth. And I WOULD have been 100% groovy with that for the next year or so, had Sterling Silver not become available after I put in my order for the Stealth! (and too late to change the order). So there may be one last little episode of churn ... to convert the Stealth Bongo 4HH (much as I love it) into a Sterling Silver Bongo 4H. And with that, I KNOW I'll be set for a little while.

Craziness. Good to know I'm not the only one, though.

Those black ice guards go really well with black! Both the Bongo stealth and Sterling look amazing
